Shipping/Tracking: 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

If your order contains ONLY in-stock/ready-to-ship items Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to ship

*In-stock/ready-to-ship items will have “Ready to ship” within the item description

If your order contains a made-to-order item or Custom 360° Builder Product please allow up to 15 business days for your order to ship

*Made-To-Order or Custom items will have "Made-To-Order" within the item description

Please Note:

Orders that contain a mix of Made-To-Order and in-stock items will ship at the expected time of a Made-To-Order item due to the order being completed when all of the items are available to ship. 

Business days include Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.

What happens after my order has shipped? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information can on average 2 business days to update correctly once shipped.
* if your tracking information has not been updated within the expected time frame please contact us.

Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via UPS except unique addresses or PO boxes that only USPS can access

International orders are shipped via DHL

ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE LOCATED IN LAWRENCEVILLE, GA

Return/Exchange Policy 

 

To start a return or exchange please fill out the contact form here or send an email to contact@takedownshop.com and include your order number (TDxxxxx), issue, and the items you wish to return or exchange.

In-stock “Ready to Ship” items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product for store credit equal to the value of the items returned or exchanged.

Items must be unworn, and unwashed, have no stains or odors, and have all original tags.

*In-stock/ready-to-ship items will have “Ready to ship” within the item description


Made-to-order / Custom items
as well as International orders and Clearance items are FINAL SALE

Return/Exchange FAQ:

Q: How quickly will my return exchange be processed?

A: Please allow 2-4 business days for your return to be processed.

Q: Will I be provided a return label or do I use my own?

A: You will receive a return label after your return/exchange is approved by our support team. 

Q: I purchased a sale item. Can it be returned? 

A: All sale items purchased are final sale

Q: What is the return policy for International Orders?

A: All international orders are final sale. 

Q: Am I able to return or exchange an item if I used a discount code or gift card?

A: Items purchased using a discount code or a gift card can be returned and exchanged for equal-value store credit only.

Q: What is the return policy for gift cards?

A: Gift cards are FINAL SALE

Q: What is the return/exchange policy for custom orders?

A: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged
however, if the product you receive is not what you intended to order but matches the order form (wrong size, incorrect spelling, etc.)
please email contact@takedownshop.com to have this resolved.

If the order received matches the order form, Takedown is not at fault.
If we somehow messed up on our end, we will re-create your order for you at no cost.

Ordering FAQ

Q: What are my payment options?

A: We accept all major credit cards In addition, we also offer two “buy now, pay later” options - AfterPay and ShopPay 

Q: Am I able to change or cancel my order after purchase?

A: Orders containing custom [made to order] and non-custom [made to order] items are not open to changes or cancellations after purchase. In stock items are changeable/cancelable as long as your order has not shipped.

Q: What is the process if i’m missing an item or receive the wrong item?

A: If for some reason you are missing an item or you receive the wrong item, please send an email to contact@takedownshop.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.  

Q: I forgot to add my promo code. Can I add it after checkout?

A: No, unfortunately after the purchase is complete, a promo code cannot be added.

Q: Do discount codes stack? 

A: No, discount codes cannot be combined. If an automatic volume discount is applied no other promotional discount can stack alongside it. 

 

Sizing/Product Info FAQ

Q: How do I know what size to get?

A: There is a size chart located under the description of each product. 

Q:If an item is sold out, will it be restocked?

A: We restock periodically. Please add your email to the item waitlist to be notified when the item is back in stock. There is no guarantee that all items will be restocked. 

Q: Can I change my phone number, email, or shipping address after my order is placed?

A: Unfortunately, once your item has been shipped the address cannot be changed.
If your order has not shipped out please contact us through email before shipment and we will be more than happy to assist if we can. 

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes?

A: Yes, we do ship to PO boxes. 

Q: What about International Shipping?

A: International shipping availability, prices, and locations are determined at checkout. Our system will not allow you to check out if we are unable to ship to that location.
