Shipping/Tracking 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

If you order a non-custom "Made-To-Order" item(s)
(Singlets, Fight Shorts, Gym Shorts, Rec Shorts, Graphic T-Shirts, etc.)
please allow (up to) 15 business days to receive your order.

If you order Custom 360° Builder Products - please allow up to 4 weeks

Made-To-Order items will have "Made-To-Order" within the item description

(Men's and Women's Athleisure, Performance Wear, Mainline Products)
or only Graphic T-Shirt(s) is ordered - please allow up to 5-7 business days.

 For international orders please allow 30-40 business days for delivery. 

[ Important to note ]  orders that contain a mix of Made-To-Order and
non-made-to-order items will ship at the expected time of a Made-To-Order item due to the order not being completed until all of the items are available to ship. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email which includes a tracking number. 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF CHANGING MY PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS, OR ADDRESS AFTER PURCHASING? 

  Unfortunately, once your item has been shipped the address cannot be changed. However, please contact us through email before shipment and we will be more than happy to assist if we can. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES? 

  Yes, we do ship to PO boxes. 

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? 

  International shipping availability, prices and locations are determined at checkout. Our system will not allow you to checkout if we are unable to ship to that location.

Return/Exchange 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY? 

 Made-To-Order items are final sale. 
(Singlets, Fight Shorts, Gym Shorts, Rec Shorts, 360° Builder Products, Graphic T-Shirts, etc.)

Made-To-Order items will have "Made-To-Order" within the item description

Non Made-To-Order items
(Men's and Women's Athleisure, Performance Wear, Mainline Products)

must be returned within 30 days of receiving the product
item must be unworn, have no stains or odors, and have all original tags.

International orders and Made-To-Order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN/ EXCHANGE AN ITEM? 

If you would like to return any non made-to-order items,

please email contact@takedownshop.com stating you want to return or exchange. If approved, you will receive a return label. 

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED? 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. The timing of this process depends on your method of payment. 

DO I RECEIVE A RETURN LABLE OR DO I USE MY OWN? 

You will receive a return label after your return is approved by our support team. 

I PURCHASED A SALE ITEM. CAN I STILL RETURN IT? 

All sale items purchased are final sale. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? 

All international orders are final sale. 

AM I ABLE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM IF I USE A DISCOUNT CODE OR GIFT-CARD? 

Items purchased using a discount code or a gift card can be returned and exchanged for equal value store credit only. 

WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE POLICY? 

Non Made-To-Order items
(Men's and Women's Athleisure, Performance Wear, Mainline Products)

can be exchanged for non made-to-order items of equal value

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY FOR GIFT CARDS?

Gift cards are FINAL SALE

WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS? 

Custom orders cannot be returned exchanged
however, if the product you receive is not what you intended to order but matches the order form (wrong size, incorrect spelling etc.)

If the order received matches the order form, Takedown is not at fault. 

If we somehow messed up on our end, we would re-create your order for you at no cost.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? 

We accept all major credit cards! In addition, we also offer two “buy now, pay later” options - AfterPay and ShopPay 

AM I ABLE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PURCHASE? 

Orders containing custom [made to order] and non-custom [made to order] items are not open to changes or cancellations after purchase. 

WHAT IS THE PROCESS IF IM MISSING AN ITEM OR I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM? 

If for some reason you are missing an item or you receive the wrong item, please send an email to contact@takedownshop.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.  

I FORGOT TO ADD MY PROMO CODE. CAN I ADD IT AFTER CHECKOUT?

No, unfortunately after the purchase is complete, a promo code cannot be added.

Do discount codes stack? 

No, discount codes cannot be combined. If a automatic volume discount is applied no other promotional discount can stack alongside it. 

 
Sizing/Product Info 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO GET? 

There is a size chart located under the description of each product. 

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE? 

  All customs and sublimated items are made in the US. 

IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED? 

  We restock periodically. Please add your email to the item waitlist to be notified when the item is back in stock. There is no guarantee that all items will be restocked.
